- Physical Security: All physical materials, including hardcopy originals and digital media, are returned to you upon project delivery. We securely shred any wastepaper and make-ready materials on-site daily.
- Cloud Storage Avoidance: We do not store any client documents or media on third-party cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.
- Information Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information, such as email addresses or phone numbers, with any third-party or subcontractor. We only use this information for order processing, invoicing, payment, and shipping purposes.
- Confidentiality: We treat all privileged and confidential information, including legal documents, court cases, and banking information, with the utmost care and discretion.
- Non-Disclosure: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We do not share or sell any client information, including email addresses and phone numbers, to third parties or subcontractors. RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Thank you for choosing Amron Duplicating & Service Center. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Here's our return and refund policy:
Order Errors:
- Incorrect Orders: If we make an error in your order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect quantity, or incorrect shipping address), we will correct the error at no additional cost to you. We will either reprint the order or provide a full store credit or refund.
- Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will either reprint the order or provide a full refund.
Customer Dissatisfaction:
- Product Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your printed product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the issue. If we determine that the product is defective, we will reprint it or provide a refund.
- Color Mismatch: Due to variations in monitor displays and printing processes, slight color variations may occur. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Return Procedures:
- Authorization: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
