We offer a wide range of printing and document services.  

  • Printing Solutions: From digital and offset printing to specialized services like professional-looking business card, letterhead, postcard, envelope, brochure, and flyer printing. We specialize in and cater to your legal document printing needs. Our high-quality printing services will make your business materials stand out.  
  • Document Services: Our one-stop shop offers copying, scanning, faxing, binding, laminating, and a variety of other document services to meet your needs. Our convenient document services will streamline your day-to-day operations.


We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, DOT, DOTX, PPT, PPTX, POTX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, MSP, MSG, and TXT files for printing.

Low-resolution images can ruin your print job: Internet images typically have a low resolution of 72 or 96 DPI, designed for digital screens, not high-quality prints. These images often lead to blurry, pixelated prints. Please ensure your images are high-quality for optimal results.

Optimize your images for print: Don't let pixelated prints ruin your day! For optimal print quality, set your image resolution to 300 DPI. This high resolution will result in crisp, clear prints, even at larger sizes.


Our turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order. We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Please contact us for an estimated turnaround time for your specific order.


For your convenience, all Amron services require assistance from one of our dedicated operators.

Your Minimum Order: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your printing project will depend on the specific service you choose. Want a smaller order? No problem! Combine this item with others to customize your order (Lower minimum order quantities may be considered when combined with other items).

Standard Services: Please note the following minimum order quantities:

  • Black & White Photocopies: 25 copies minimum
  • Color Photocopies: 10 copies minimum
  • Business Cards: 50 cards minimum

Specialized Services: For specialized services such as word processing, document scanning, large-format printing or custom finishing, MOQs may vary. Please consult with our friendly and knowledgeable staff for more information.


Some of the common methods of binding books and other multi-page documents include:

  1. Saddle-stitch binding: Using staples along the folds of the pages to bind them together.
  2. Spiral binding: Wires in a spiral/coil form threaded through punched holes along the binding edge of the papers. Allows the document to lay open flatly.
  3. Plastic comb binding: Like spiral binding but using a tubular plastic piece with teeth that fit through rectangular holes punched into the binding edge.
  4. Wire binding: Twin-loop wires that fit through rectangular holes punched into the binding edge.
  5. Velo binding: Involves punching eleven small holes along the binding edge and inserting a strip of plastic with rigid tines into the holes, and a strip with corresponding holes is placed on the back with the tines protruding through.
  6. Perfect binding: Gluing the outside edges of the pages together to create a flat edge.
  7. Three-ring binding: Holes are punched into the pages and fitted into a 3-ring binder.


We fax documents locally in the U.S., and internationally to many countries, at reasonable rates. Here is a breakdown of our charges:

Sending: 

First page sent to U.S. and Canada = $1.50 | Each additional page costs $0.50. 

First page sent to an international country = $3.00 | Each additional page costs $1.00

Note: There is no charge for a cover page sent with your documents.

Receiving:

Each page received by us costs $0.50 (regardless of the sender's country or location).


The average price range for scanning paper documents is $0.10 to $0.25 per page. Each project requires a detailed analysis to provide you with an accurate quote. The most significant factors in determining the cost are the labor to prepare the files, the total volume of images, and the document size/type. Documents with multiple barriers (staples, paper clips, etc.), bindings, damaged pages, and books require greater effort to scan.

We scan documents or photos to Email, Thumb Drive, etc., in color or black and white.

1. PRODUCT & QUALITY:

What kind of paper do you use for the cards? We use a durable 100 lb stock. This ensures your cards feel professional and sturdy, preventing the "flimsy" feel of budget alternatives.

Are the cards printed in color? Yes! We offer high-quality, full-color printing to ensure your brand and logo stand out vividly.

2. PRICING & VOLUME:

How much do custom business cards cost? We offer tiered pricing so you can save more as you grow:

  • 50 cards: $25
  • 100 cards: $35
  • 250 cards: $65
  • 500 cards: $85
  • 1000 cards: $125

Is there a discount for bulk orders? Absolutely. By choosing the 500-card package, the price per card drops significantly compared to the 100-card starter pack.

3. ORDERING PROCESS:

How do I place an order? Getting started is simple! You can reach out to us via phone or email to provide your details and start the design/printing process.

Can I use my own design? Yes. Since we specialize in custom cards, we recommend contacting us directly so we can review your specific design files or help you create a professional look that gives you a competitive edge.


We provide a complete resume toolkit, available now for a flat fee of $40. Everything you need for a standout application and unlock your career potential. 

What is included in the $40 All-In-One Bundle? The bundle is a comprehensive physical and digital package designed to make you interview-ready. It includes:

  • Custom Design: A professionally formatted résumé tailored to your experience.
  • 10 Physical Copies: Printed on high-quality paper to ensure a premium feel.
  • 10 Professional Envelopes: Matching envelopes to complete your presentation.

Does Amron just provide a template? No. We don’t just format text; we design a package that strategically highlights your unique skills and experience. Our goal is to ensure your résumé doesn't get lost in the stack and effectively "sells" you to recruiters.

Why do I need physical copies of my résumé? While many applications are online, bringing high-quality, physical copies to an interview, career fair, or networking event shows a level of professionalism and preparation that digital files cannot match.

How do I get started? It’s simple! Once you’re ready to level up your professional image, reach out to us and we will begin the process of reviewing your current information to build your custom package.

What is the turnaround time for my order? Generally, we aim for a quick turnaround to get you back into the job market as soon as possible. Please contact us directly for current timelines based on our design queue.


While it's technically feasible to remove thermal lamination, it's a delicate process with a significant risk of damaging the document, particularly fragile papers. Successful removal hinges on meticulous technique and careful execution. Heat is essential for softening the adhesive. Please note that Amron Duplicating & Service Center does not offer lamination removal services.

We prefer cash payments. However, we also accept money orders, Zelle, PayPal, and Pay Links online payments (pending). For specific instructions or to discuss payment options, please contact us directly. 

Payment in full must be received prior to the commencement of any printing service.

  • How long does shipping take? Our listed shipping speeds include both production and delivery time. You can expect your order to arrive within the specified timeframe.
  • Is expedited shipping available? Yes, we offer Express Shipping, which delivers your order in 3-4 business days.
  • Is shipping guaranteed? We strive to deliver your order on time. However, unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or carrier delays may impact delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
  • What are your delivery hours? Packages are typically delivered by 8 PM local time. If you haven't received your order by then, feel free to reach out to us.
  • What if my package is returned? If your package is returned to us, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
  • Is shipping free? Enjoy free shipping within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) on orders over $100.
  • Will I receive tracking information? Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Which carriers do you use? We partner with various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure efficient delivery. The carrier used for your order depends on factors like product, destination, and shipping speed.
  • Can I pick up my order? Yes, you can pick up your order at our Harlem location.

International Shipping: Please note that some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
